The Smoke House

We SELL EVERYTHING we use. Including casings, seasoning, High Temp Cheeses ect. You can bring in meat or buy meat and we are happy to smoke it for you!

Here is a pic of the 10 x 10 smoke house while being built with cold smoke and propane to heat.

Just loaded smoke house with deer hot dogs and jerky on the rakes.

Almost Cooked Deer Bologna and turkey!
